In light of Thanksgiving

Wow, hope that last post didn't seem too negative! I had a lesson in contentment on Saturday!

I do not think it was negative; I was inspired.

I meant to tell you that I love the cloth diapers!! LOVE them! I used them over the weekend and they were so great. They fit Isaac really well, better, actually, than disposables. And they were super easy! That said, we didn't have a BM over the weekend. He doesn't really go number two that often unless he has formula or a lot of solids (not that you care). All I'm saying is, I'll let you know after our first dirty diaper how much I like the cloth. :)

Shelly...I don't think it was negative at all. I think it was honest, motivating, and appreciated!

Holly...that's funny that you mention a cloth-clad BM. Miles just had his first in a cloth diaper! He doesn't go often, and when he does, he'll usually go several times in one day, then skip several days. AND, we don't wear cloth very often. So, when I do plan to use cloth, I plan it for the days just following several major BMs. Well, he's either growing out of his regimented BMs or I made a mistake, but it was NOT GOOD. It was an explosion, and it took all I had to get through it. I totally understood Shelly's need to spray them out with a water hose in the yard...lol. Maybe at Isaac's age they're still easier, but Miles poop is, well, real poop basically. So yeah, WAY too much information for one blog comment. Sorry to anyone I may have made throw up in their mouths a little.

Miss you both, hope to see you soon? Crazy week, I know...maybe over the weekend?

Welll thank goodness I've learned to use the toilet instead of the water hose. Just get a glove and rinse it out in the toilet water. Much easier than going outside!

Miss you girls too! Happy Thanksgiving!
